How to prepare the Eco Vipho Noodles?
To create a nutritious dish with our noodles we recommend to use 50g of noodles per person / per meal. You can prepare the noodles for many different dishes such as soup noodles, mixed noodles, stir-fried noodles - to name a few! To get the best taste out of your noodle dish follow these simple steps:​

Boil water, add about ½ teaspoon of salt.

Then you can pre-process the noodles in 2 simple ways:

Method 1: Boil the noodles over low heat for about 8-12 minutes.

Method 2: Add the noodles, cover, turn off the heat, let the noodles soak for about10- 15 minutes.

Remove the noodles, rinse with cold water, drain, and process into various dishes according to your preferences (mix, stir-fry, use with various types of broths).

Remark: Cooking time depends on personal preference and whether further cooking such as stir-fried is required
